One of the things I've noticed is how many practitioners in Australia are white, cis, straight women (no hate; simply real talk with love 👊🏾).

Approximately 70% of organisations that come to me for support on Inclusion engage me because something internally or externally has gone 'wrong' at some point in time.

Inclusion training builds capability and capacity

Flip the model - instead of "learning to do", get your people to "do to learn" - THAT'S when the learning STICKS.

Will D&I training increase your capability and capacity for the work?
