I know how hard it is to be a woman of colour leader. To not see it so you can be it. For people to see your colour before they see you and for the first question to be "where are you from" as opposed to "what do you do?".
I also know what it's like to be handed the office housework when you have four University qualifications and to be left out of key projects, meetings, conversations and job opportunities repeatedly.
I've overcome these barriers, been a CEO and run several businesses. I want to teach you how to do the same. The world needs you Sis and all that you are.

In the three months that we will be working together, we will be setting clear goals and taking measurable steps to take you from where you are to where you want to. Think of me as the personal trainer you always needed for your goals and dreams!

This program is for women of colour who want to get a job, a promotion, start a business, develop their leadership skills &/or lead their family/community. Our program is inclusive of non-binary, all abilities & transgender people.
